Ingredients:
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 stalks celery
10 baby carrots
1/2 of a large jicama (peeled and chopped)
1 cucumber
8 tomatoes
4 garlic cloves
1 bunch fresh cilantro
2 fresh jalapeno peppers
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Chop and combine above ingredients.
2. Dress with fresh lime juice and olive oil.
