Low in fat, high in fiber and is a great addition to any Mexican Food. Ingredients:
1 green pepper |
1 red pepper |
2 stalks celery |
10 baby carrots |
1/2 of a large jicama (peeled and chopped) |
1 cucumber |
8 tomatoes |
4 garlic cloves |
1 bunch fresh cilantro |
2 fresh jalapeno peppers |
1/3 cup fresh lime juice |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Chop and combine above ingredients. 2. Dress with fresh lime juice and olive oil. |
