Aunt Darlene's recipe from family collection. Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower |
1 bunch broccoli |
1 bunch green onion |
4 carrots, sliced |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms |
1 pint cherry tomatoes |
1 (15 ounce) bottle creamy italian dressing |
1 (15 ounce) bottle blue cheese dressing |
Directions:
1. Chop all vegetables. Mix two dressings and pour over chipped vegetables. Marinate over night in refrigerator. |
