Cubing and chopping fresh tuna fillets may seem time-consuming, but the end product is delicious and worth the effort. Chopped and mixed with Asian seasonings, the tuna makes a nice alternative to beef burgers. Ingredients:
1 1/4 pounds tuna fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes |
1 tablespoon minced green onion tops |
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |

cooking spray |
mango-jalapeño jam |
