Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
2 cups peeled, seeded, chopped tomatoes |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1/4 cup finely chopped cooked ham |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
dash of pepper |
Directions:
1. Sauté garlic in butter until tender. Stir in tomatoes and parsley. Simmer 40 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in ham, salt, and pepper. |
