From 365 Ways to Cook Pasta. Makes enough for 1 pound of pasta. Penne would be good. Ingredients:
2 lbs small tomatoes, diced (about 3 cups) |
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna, drained |
1/4 cup minced red onion |
1/4 cup chopped parsley |
6 tablespoons olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Toss with hot pasta to serve. |
