YUMMY! Ingredients:
3 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped |
1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
8 ounces rotini pasta, uncooked |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. MIX tomatoes, basil, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. 2. COOK rotini as directed on package; drain. 3. TOSS rotini with tomato mixture and grated topping. Serve immediately. |
