Ingredients:
7 ounces lean smoked turkey sausage, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1/2 sweet onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced (i prefer red)
15 -20 snap peas
1 ear corn, shucked (or 1 can small serve corn)
4 cloves garlic
4 ripe tomatoes, cored and diced
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Cook on High.
2. Brown Smoked Sausage.
3. Add Carrots, Onions& Garlic.
4. Cook until Onions are translucent.
5. Add Bell Pepper, Snap Peas, Corn,& Black Pepper.
6. Cook until vegetables are soft.
7. Add Tomatoes.
8. Continue Cooking on High for 10 Minutes.
