Feel like extending your summer? This is a simple recipe utilizing a white cake mix and strawberry gelatin. I topped it with a frosting and used fresh frozen strawberries because they're not in season. Recipe courtesy of Ingredients:
18 1/4 ounces white cake mix |
3 tablespoons flour |
3 ounces strawberry gelatin |
1 cup cooking oil |
1/2 cup water |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup strawberry, fresh |
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs. 2. Add the oil and water and beat some more. 3. Add cake mix, gelatin, flour, and strawberries. Continue beating until mixed and then pour batter into 13x9 rectangular pan. 4. Bake at 350 until done (about 35 minutes). |
