Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes, chopped |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
1/2 small red onion, diced |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1 (4-oz.) can diced green chiles |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine chopped tomatoes, lime juice, red onion, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. |
