This is the best recipe for when raspberries are in season! Only 5 ingredients and it takes 5 to 10 minutes to make! Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk |
5 tablespoons lemon juice |
3 pints fresh raspberries |
2 ounces cream cheese, softened |
2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts |
Directions:
1. Whisk sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice together in a bowl; gently fold in raspberries. 2. Gently spread cream cheese onto the bottom and sides of graham cracker crusts using a spatula. Divide raspberry mixture between the two crusts; spread filling evenly within the crust. 3. Refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours. |
