Make a must-try dip for your gaterhign this weekend. Fresh veggies, bright balsamic-this salsa recipe has it all! This is also great over grilled chicken breasts. Ingredients:
5 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped (about 1 1/2 pounds) |
1 red bell pepper, diced |
1 green bell pepper, diced |
1 yellow bell pepper, diced |
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion |
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons hot sauce |
1/2 teaspoon adobo sauce from can |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 11 ingredients in a large bowl; cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. |
