Ingredients:
4 pears, peeled, cored, and sliced |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Toss pears with fresh lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; sauté pear mixture, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. |
