This quick and simple little salad is a wonderful addition to any summertime meal! Ingredients:
4 -6 peaches, pitted and cut into bite-size pieces |
1 tablespoon honey |
4 -6 basil leaves, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup lemon goat cheese (or plain chevre with a little lemon zest) |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Place the peaches in a bowl and coat with honey. Sprinkle with salt. Then gently fold in basil and chevre. |
