Ingredients:
1 large thinly sliced fresh peaches or 2 small thinly sliced fresh california peaches |
1 pita bread, piece |
1 cup low fat cottage cheese or 1 cup nonfat cottage cheese |
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves |
12 slices cucumbers (thin slices) or 12 slices red bell peppers (thin slices) |
Directions:
1. Warm pita bread and cut them in half. 2. Fill each with cottage cheese, mint, peaches and cucumber slices. |
