Fresh Peach Pie (No Bake) With Oil Pastry Crust |

A friend made this and I just had to get the recipe. It was the best peach pie I have EVER had! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons milk |
1/2 cup oil |
1 cup sugar |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1 cup water |
1 (3 ounce) package peach gelatin |
3 cups sliced peeled ripe peaches |
Directions:
1. For Crust: Mix all ingredients with a fork and press into a 9-inch pie plate. 2. Prick all over with a fork. 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. 4. For Pie: In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth. 5. Cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly and thickened. 6. Remove from the heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Cool. 7. Arrange peaches in crust; pour filling over peaches. 8. Chill until set, about 2 hours. 9. Serve topped with whipped cream. |
