This is from my Mother in law. She makes a great assortment of desserts.. You could use sugar free jello in this too. Ingredients:
1 cup sugar |
2 tbsp. cornstarch |
1 cup water |
1 3 oz. package peach jello |
3 cups sliced peaches |
1 9 inch baked pastry shell |
Directions:
1. In a medium size microwave safe bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, and water. Microwave on high power until smooth. stir with wire whisk. Stir in Jello. Cool completely. 2. Arrange peaches in baked crust. Pour cooled filling over the peaches. 3. Chill until set. At least 2 hours. 4. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream. |
