Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter |
1/3 cup finely chopped sweet onion |
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh peaches (about 2 large peaches) |
3 tablespoons light brown sugar |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon jamaican jerk seasoning |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat; add onion and sauté 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Add peaches and remaining ingredients, and cook, stirring often, 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. |
