2 cups peaches -- mashed & heated |
1 cup raisins -- partly cooked |
2 eggs |
1/2 cups sugar |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon ground cloves |
1 teaspoon ground allspice |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
Directions:
1. Mash and heat peaches. Add rasins. Beat eggs. Add sugar and vegetable oil. Add peach and raisin mixture to sugar egg mixture. 2. Sift together flour, spices, salt, and baking soda. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix well and put in a 9x13-inch baking dish or a bundt pan. Bake 30 minutes or longer(depending on the baking dish used) at 350 degrees. 3. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 4.
