                    Another great recipe my MIL sent me. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 cup vegetable oil  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups sugar  |  
                                                2 eggs  |  
                                                2 cups all-purpose flour  |  
                                                1 teaspoon baking soda  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 teaspoon ground cinnamon  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups mashed fresh peaches  |  
                                                1/2 cup chopped pecans  |  
                                                sweetened whipped cream  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a mixing bowl, add the oil and sugar; beat well to combine. 2. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. 3. In another bowl, add the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; stir to mix. 4. Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture, stirring just until blended. 5. Fold in peaches and nuts. 6. Spoon batter into a greased and floured 13x9 inch baking pan. 7. Bake at 325° for 40-45 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean. 8.
