Fresh Pea Salad With Shrimp and Almond Slices |

If you like curry, you will like this salad! Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed and drained |
5 ounces baby shrimp |
1 cup celery, sliced |
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted |
1/2 cup black olives, sliced |
kosher salt |
freshly cracked black peppercorns |
1/2 cup best foods mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Combine the peas through cracked pepper and chill. 2. Combine the dressing and add to the salad and serve. |
