fresh homemade pasta Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more as needed |
3 large eggs, lightly beaten |
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
1/3 cup water, very cold plus more as needed |
Directions:
1. Put the flour in the bowl of a food processor, mix the water eggs, and oil together. Start the food processor and slowly pour the liquids through the feed tube. Process for 30 - 40 seconds until a ball forms on the blade. Turn out on a floured surface and knead for 1 minute. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes before rolling. |
