This is a very light and very freshing ambrosia. Very simple, but tastes magnificant. Great dish on a hot summer day and a great dish for those out there dieting like me. Enjoy
Ingredients:
8 oranges peeled and sliced
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup grated coconut
Directions:
1. Arrange orange slices in serving dish. 2. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and coconut.
