Ingredients:
8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 teaspoon pepper
salt
1 -2 garlic clove, crushed
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil; add salt and cook fettuccine al dente per package directions; drain; rinse with cold water; drain again.
2. Toss fettuccine and remaining ingredients.
