Cool, creamy, wonderful dip for mushrooms. Ingredients:
1 pint sour cream (may use fat-free) |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated |
1 tablespoon sweet basil |
1/2 teaspoon onion salt |
1 dash pepper |
fresh mushrooms, for dipping |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients but mushrooms. 2. Chill. 3. Clean and slice mushrooms. 4. Serve with dip. |
