this is a very easy and quick recipe... let it chill long enough for the flavors to meld...the salad supreme spice combo is what give it a different flavor. the recipe is from Charles Gipe, Jr., Executive Chef at Hershey Entertainment Complex Ingredients:
1 pound fresh mozzarella |
8 fresh basil leaves, julienne |
1/2 cup red onions, julienne |
3 cups plum tomatoes, chopped |
1/2 cup italian dressing |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1 tablespoon salad supreme |
3 cloves garlic |
Directions:
1. Cut mozzarella cheese in bite size pieces. 2. Mix all the ingredients together. 3. Chill and serve. |
