Fresh Mozzarella Pearl Salad

This salad would be perfect for a picnic or barbecue. It was easy to make and delicious!
Ingredients:
3-4 plum tomatoes, chopped
8 oz fresh mozzarella pearls
2 tsp fresh mint, minced
2 tbs fresh basil, minced
1/8 cup olive oil
1/8 cup fresh lemon juice (approximately two lemons)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 large ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
Directions:
1. Add tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, mint and basil to large bowl
2. In another small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
3. Pour mixtures over tomatoes mixtures and gently toss to coat
4. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
5. Immediately before serving, add avocado and gently toss
6. Add a fresh basil to garnish
