Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups tightly packed fresh mint leaves |
1 california green chile, seeded and minced |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
2 tablespoons water |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
3/4 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 teaspoon peeled, grated gingerroot |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add all ingredients, and process 30 seconds or until mixture is finely chopped. Transfer to a small bowl. Cover and chill 1 hour. |
