Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups tightly packed fresh mint leaves
1 california green chile, seeded and minced
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon peeled, grated gingerroot
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add all ingredients, and process 30 seconds or until mixture is finely chopped. Transfer to a small bowl. Cover and chill 1 hour.
