Ingredients:
4 c 1 chunks honeydew
1 tbs fresh lime
3 tbs chopped cilantro leaves and stems
1/3 c chopped fresh mint leaves
sugar to taste
Directions:
1. Combine honeydew,lime juice,cilantro,mint and sugar in bowl;toss to combine;refrigerate at least 2 hours
