Ingredients:
2 can(s) 15.5 oz garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
1/3 cup(s) olive oil
1/2 cup(s) tahini carefully stir the tahini to make sure the oil and paste are combined
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
6 clove(s) garlic
1/2 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1 pinch(s) ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt more or less to taste
1/2 cup(s) water
Directions:
1. Place beans and garlic in a food processor; pulse 5 times or until chopped. Add 1/2 cup water and remaining ingredients; pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Add a little more olive oil or water to make the hummus creamy and smooth.
