This is easy and a great use for all your garden herbs! From Good Housekeeping. Ingredients:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil or 1/2 cup fresh dill or 1/2 cup cilantro leaf, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar, Dijon, salt and pepper until mixed. 2. In a steady stream, whisk in oil until blended. 3. Whisk in herbs. 4. Refrigerate up to 1 day. |
