Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped |
1 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, parsley, oregano, red pepper flakes, olive oil, vinegar, and kosher salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Bring to room temperature and spoon over grilled meat, chicken, seafood, or vegetables. |
