Use only the freshest ingredients to get the best flavor possible! Compliments most Mexican food dishes. This is requested often in my family. Very delicious! Make sure you choose a perfectly ripe avocado. Should be just soft enough to leave an indention when pressed firmly with finger tips. Ingredients:
4 avocados |
fresh white garlic |
1/2 teaspoon onion salt |
2 jalapeno peppers |
2 roma tomatoes |
1/2 medium yellow onion |
1 teaspoon lime juice |
Directions:
1. Mix garlic( to taste), onion salt, and lime (opt) to mashed avocados. Fold in peppers, tomatoes, and fresh onion. 2. Best if served immediately with chips or Mexican food. 3. To Store in refrigerator over night, place seed of one avocado to center of dip and squeeze juice of one lime over surface. Cover with plastic wrap and lid from air tight container to prevent dip from turning. 4. Warning: Dip will lose some of it's flavor over night. |
