It's green, but it's not guacamole! Serve this cool, refreshing dip with bread, crackers or vegetables. Ingredients:
2 cups mayonnaise |
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
1/3 cup plain yogurt |
1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar |
1 teaspoon dried tarragon |
1 lemon, juiced |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, mix the mayonnaise, chives, parsley, sour cream, yogurt, vinegar, tarragon, lemon juice and garlic. Serve at once. |
