Fresh Green Beans With Shaved Truffles |

I'm on a truffle kick lately... Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans |
truffle oil |
butter |
salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste |
white truffle, shavings |
Directions:
1. Blanch green beans in hot water, drain. 2. Add green beans to a warmed saute pan which has enough truffle oil and butter (melted) to coat. 3. Saute green beans, coating them with the oil and butter. 4. Add freshly ground pepper and salt and lightly toss beans while sauteeing. 5. Plate the green beans and shave truffles over just before serving. |
