A summertime favorite! Ingredients:
1 lb green beans |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Snap end off the beans. 2. Add beans to boiling water. 3. Cook ONLY 5 minutes. 4. Drain and run under cold water. 5. In a skillet, melt butter and saute beans for 3 minutes. 6. Add cheese, pepper and garlic salt and toss. 7. Serve immediately. |
