From 1001 Low Fat Recipes. This would be great on the chocolate angel food cake I get from PCC. Ingredients:
1 cup boiling water |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger |
3 tablespoons honey |
1 -2 tablespoon margarine |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Pour boiling water over ginger and honey in a small saucepan. 2. Cover; let stand 30 minutes. 3. Cook over medium heat until boiling; reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes. 4. Strain; stir in margarine and lemon juice. Serve warm or cold. |
