Fresh German Cole Slaw

I grew up on German food because my step mom was German. I recently have reverted back to cooking the food I grew up on. This is one of my favorite, simple.
Ingredients:
1 cabbage, shredded
1 lb bacon, cut in thin strips fried crispy
1/2 onion, small chopped fine
3 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Directions:
1. Shred the cabbage.
2. Cut bacon into thin strips and fry until crispy.
3. Chop onion until small.
4. Mix all ingredients together and eat fresh (cold is best) enjoy!
