Ingredients:
4 cups sliced banana (about 8 medium) |
4 cups cubed cantaloupe |
1 medium avocado, peeled and sliced |
lettuce leaves |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/3 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup water |
1 teaspoon celery seeds |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Arrange 1/2 cup banana, 1/2 cup cantaloupe, and one-eighth of avocado on each of 8 lettuce-lined salad plates. 2. Place sugar and next 7 ingredients (sugar through salt) in a blender; process until well-blended. Drizzle 2 tablespoons dressing over each salad. |
