Ingredients:
2 cups fresh strawberries
2 large bananas
1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
5 ice cubes
2 teaspoons honey
Directions:
1. Clean the strawberries and remove the stems.
2. Peel the bananas and break it into chunks.
3. Place the strawberries and the bananas into a blender.
4. Then add the fruit juice, ice cubes, and the honey.
5. Place the lid on the blender.
6. Fold a kitchen towel over the blender so that it drapes over the top.
7. Turn the blender on high and blend the shake until smooth.
8. Always keep your hand over the lid so that it doesn't come off.
