This Fruit Salsa pairs wonderfully with fish tacos and cabbage slaw - or just as a tasty fresh salsa to enjoy with your favorite chips!
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh citrus fruit (i.e. pineapple, kiwi, mango) - diced
2 avocados - diced
1 jalapeno - diced
1 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1 medium red onion - diced
juice of 1 lime
salt & pepper to taste.
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together gently in a bowl and let stand for about an hour to let flavor develop.
