This Fruit Salsa pairs wonderfully with fish tacos and cabbage slaw - or just as a tasty fresh salsa to enjoy with your favorite chips! Ingredients:
2 cups fresh citrus fruit (i.e. pineapple, kiwi, mango) - diced |
2 avocados - diced |
1 jalapeno - diced |
1 cup chopped cilantro leaves |
1 medium red onion - diced |
juice of 1 lime |
salt & pepper to taste. |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together gently in a bowl and let stand for about an hour to let flavor develop. |
