A wonderful combination of antioxidant vitamins, protein, and essential fatty acids. From a detox book. NOTE: you can use 4 oz of whatever fruits you like, I just like this combo Ingredients:
1 ounce apple |
1 ounce strawberry |
1 ounce peach |
1 ounce apricot |
1 tablespoon oatmeal, presoaked |
1 tablespoon water |
5 tablespoons filberts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Wash and trim fresh fruit, chop or slice. 2. Mix in the cereal base, and add the water. 3. Sprinkle with chopped filberts. |
