A wonderful combination of antioxidant vitamins, protein, and essential fatty acids. From a detox book. NOTE: you can use 4 oz of whatever fruits you like, I just like this combo
Ingredients:
1 ounce apple
1 ounce strawberry
1 ounce peach
1 ounce apricot
1 tablespoon oatmeal, presoaked
1 tablespoon water
5 tablespoons filberts, chopped
Directions:
1. Wash and trim fresh fruit, chop or slice.
2. Mix in the cereal base, and add the water.
3. Sprinkle with chopped filberts.
