This is a wonderful and light dressing-dip to dress up some fresh cut fruit and berries. Perfect when you want sneak in some extra nutrition to an already perfect food (fruit). Ingredients:
2 cups greek yogurt |
1 teaspoon honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar |
12 fresh mint leaves, chopped |
Directions:
1. Stir the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Add the confectioners' sugar and mix. Fold the mint into the mixture. |
