Another great fish recipe !!! Ingredients:
1 fish fillet |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
paprika |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
2 tablespoons white wine |
1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. lay fish in shallow dish. 2. sprinkle fish with seasonings, lemon juice, wine, and parsley. 3. Pour over fish. 4. dot fish with butter or margarine. 5. bake 350, 30 minutes or till flaky. |
