Not quite sure this is a recipe.....but it sure is a wonderful way to enjoy your dates and Brie Cheese! We can get the most wonderful fresh dates from nearby markets and I usually add them to my cheeseboard. you can really use most soft cheeses with your dates....Brie is just my fave. You can prepare some as a snack and as optional extras...drizzle them with honey and add in some crushed walnuts or pecans with the cheese Ingredients:
18 -20 fresh dates |
125 g brie cheese |
Directions:
1. Remove seeds from the dates. 2. Cut through the dates on one side and open them up. Remove the seeds.(Dont cut all of the way through). 3. Cut Brie into small wedges and fill the dates. CLose the dates back over. 4. Enjoy! |
