This is really good and easy. We usually double the recipe. Ingredients:
2 -3 medium cucumbers, peeled and sliced thin |
2 medium onions, sliced thin |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Whisk together the mayo, salt, pepper, vinegar, and sugar. 2. Mix in the cucumbers and onions. Let it chill in the frig before you serve. |
