uncooked cranberry sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 lb fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored, cut into chunks
1 navel orange, cut into chunks
1/4 lemon, seeded
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. process the orange, lemon, and apple chunks in a food processor until small. Add the cranberries and pulse until blended. Place in bowl and stuir in sugar and walnuts.
2. Best when made at least an hour before serving so flavors can meld.
