Wonderful alternative cranberry side dish Ingredients:
1/2 cup white sugar |
1/2 cup light brown sugar |
1 cup quick oatmeal, uncooked |
3 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries |
3 medium apples, diced |
1 cup pecans, chopped |
1/2 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients; add fruit and nuts, mixing well. Spread in a casserole; top with margarine. 2. bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
