Fresh Corn on the Cob Ala Pressure Cooker |

We like our corn on the soft side so the time table varies. Ingredients:
6 ears corn on the cob, husked and cleaned |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 teaspoon sugar |
water |
Directions:
1. Place corn into the pot and cover with water so that the pressure cooker is about 1/2 full. Add butter, salt and sugar. 2. Bring to high and cook for 2 minutes ( crispy corn) to 10 minutes ( soft corn ). 3. Turn off heat and let pressure come down naturally. |
