Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup(s) corn kernals |
1/3 cup(s) milk |
1/3 cup(s) cream cheese |
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
pinch(s) pepper |
2 tomatoes coarsely chopped |
1/3 cup(s) basil thinly sliced |

Directions:
1. Cook corn and milk in a skillet over medium high heat until tender, about 7-9 min. Cool. In a food processor, puree 2/3 cup corn, cream cheese, lime juice and salt. Season with pepper. Stir in tomatoes and basil. Serve with chips. |
