Ingredients:
3 cups fresh yellow corn, cut from the cob |
1 tablespoon flour |
1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
1 cup milk |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 small jar (2 ounces) pimentos, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix the corn kernels with the flour. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a baking dish and bake for 1 hour. |
